About this event
Join us for a presentation by Beth Jasinski on the importance of fitness and staying active as we age. Beth will discuss how to create a balanced fitness routine, types of exercises and key nutrients specific for seniors and the role of nutrition in health. Tips for staying motivated and overcoming barriers will be given. As the founder of CannaFitness & Nutrition, Beth will also provide information on understanding CBD and its role in feeling your best. A Q & A session will follow the presentation.
Beth is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. She has over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and holistic health educator working with all ages and ability levels.
